My favorite aspect of Envoy Protect is the ease of use and the comprehensive security features it provides. It provides a great level of protection for my organization. What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that Envoy Protect does not offer a wide variety of features. It does not have an advanced user interface, and the features it does offer are limited and not very user-friendly. Additionally, the customer service is not very helpful and it is difficult to get help when you need it. Furthermore, the pricing structure is not very transparent, making it difficult to understand how much you are actually paying for the service.

If you are considering Envoy Protect for your business, I would highly recommend it. What differentiates Envoy Protect from other similar products?

We've been utilizing Envoy Visitor Management for a few years and are constantly adding more sites. We are a global firm and appreciate Envoy's ability to observe all of our visitors in all places using the Global overview. We are also investigating the Rooms functionality, which was recently added to Envoy. We have customized the sign-in routines at each of our locations and are constantly adding new options as needed. I would recommend Envoy to any company searching for the best approach to manage guests.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With COVID and not seeing individuals for so long, we can recognise them and keep track of their names. Because we've been wearing masks for so long, it may feel odd at times to not recognise someone .Everything is really straightforward to control and find. Easy to use and a wonderful tool to keep track of all visitors to the office and goods received. We can also notify everyone who has received a package without having to email or contact them each time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only disadvantage I can think of is the difficulty in getting any changes or features added to the application when they are required. In some circumstances, you won't be able to get one added if they don't think it's worth the work. And I wish there was a more efficient way to print badges. However, due to supply chain concerns, the printers have been out of stock, and with more individuals returning to the office, it would be good to differentiate amongst staff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Identifying who is in the office at any given time and keeping our building secure throughout the day. Being able to identify and photograph each visitor. Know how many parcels we receive per day and who they are for. As soon as they sign in, the notification is sent immediately to the host (by email, phone notification, or text message), eliminating the need for us to announce visitors over the phone. Collects data and aids reception in preparing for busy days ahead. It also makes the sign-in procedure easier for guests.
