What differentiates eSentire from other similar products?
As an eSentire customer for the past 2 years, I find it impressive how the company has grown while maintaining the same high level of service. Experts at what they do. They also know how important it is to educate customers about new cybersecurity threats. An al-a-carte menu allows customers to pick and choose what they want. We analyzed our environment's specific needs and chose the best fit. Their products are priced similarly to those of their competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate our partnership with eSentire because it allows us to continue to protect our environment. The SOC and our Account Manager respond quickly to any issues we may have. Access to technical expertise is easy to find. 24-7.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every time they ask about selling a new product, they're trying to upsell you. Because they're not overly aggressive, it's a good thing that they are. At the very least, they should have asked. As a result of their heavy accents, it can be difficult to understand what they're saying at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I feel that by bringing all of the tools under the umbrella of eSentire, especially the soft one, we can bring about significant changes at the corporate level. I urge that you go with the soft one.
Pros
