Unlike similar products, Experian Health Patient Engagement allows you to collect up-front and help patients make informed decisions by generating accurate pricing for authorized services before or at point-of-service. It also provides patients with ability to receive payment estimates, set up payment plans, apply for financial assistance, make payments and schedule appointments from their desktop or mobile device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the Patient Financial Clearance feature, that allows you to assess and assign patients to the appropriate financial pathway based on likelihood to pay and their qualification for assistance to boost collections and satisfaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Patient statements could have a lot more customizable fields, that would allow us to customize billing statements and include important updates and messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you tired of searching for solution, that can elevate the patient financial experience, by compassionately educating patients about the finances surrounding their care, and also educating staff on the tools and methods for delivering that message, then you should absolutely try this product.
