What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
We use this software to monitor our website selling natural products and foods. It is a great tool to know what the customer is doing inside the site, which are the sections he is looking for the most and in that way to know the customer's taste and attract more future buyers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use a lot of forms on our website to collect information from our customers and know their suggestions. With this form, we can create pre-designed marketing campaigns via email, to publicize our weekly offers. The chat is very good, we have not had any problems with it and we can communicate with our customers in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is hard at first to understand the program and perhaps the learning curve is a little slow, but once familiar with the system, it is quite profitable for the business, as sales have increased. When we try to make phone calls from the program, the program becomes cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is being very useful for the profitability of our business, because it is the only software that so far has answered all the questions we had about the tastes of customers and how to attract more buyers on our website. Undoubtedly 100% recommended.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
The filters offered by the platform are just incredible. It is very simple and user-friendly unlike many other applications in the market that require learning prior to implementation. Valuable features in a single package.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has many meaningful features. My organization manages its own marketing line with Freshworks, although our team has a unique customized database management system. When it comes to performance, no significant changes have been seen, but it certainly saved us from suffering and improved our marketing strategy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You can't filter your Accounts and Contacts together. You cannot filter and view specific contacts based on account information. The loading time is sometimes very long and it can be frustrating and annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a CRM that could filter your contacts on the basis of information from their accounts, then you are the wrong stop. Otherwise, it is a good tool for management purposes and particularly one of the cheapest software available out there. So, go for it if you are on a limited budget.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
I found it an excellent software, because it is very intuitive and easy to use, besides having very useful features for the implementation of daily tasks, such as customer management, which allows you to have all customer information in the software, without having to look elsewhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with Gmail is very good, since we can launch mail marketing from the mail, without leaving the software. The crm is also very complete, we can see the progress of tasks, quickly plan a project and custom reports generated by the program, are very complete and with all the information required for the project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It should really improve its mobile version, because although it is already something very good that a crm has a mobile application, the truth is that it lacks many tools that are in the web version. I had problems integrating Gmail, it was not easy to achieve, but the technical service was able to solve the problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very efficient this CRM, it helps us to improve in the office, that the whole team is up to date on the progress of the project, to know the delivery times and that all tasks flow quickly and efficiently. It is a very simple software, but very useful, which is what we require for our type of business.
