What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Works with Freshsales system for lead management, lead creation and planning for deals, in conjunction with other activities for sales and its ability to set rules to keep leads engaged through lead scoring, It can be used to track open and click-through rates, which is extremely vital for our next course of action.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has feature that caught our attention as it was the sales automation tool, it made my team better in all aspects with 10% growth through the platform, its tools are quite easy to use, it has an option of adding timeline view, getting different views is good. Reporting is not easy, although it is very powerful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like to have more options in the sales sequence in the function, like doing a test run, get custom dates on when it should run, We often need to send semi standardized responses to several contacts waiting for a response. At the moment, it is not possible to select them and configure them to send a general mail to all of them. we would save a lot of time if this simple function was created.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We were using other platforms for our online sales project, but in the end we found Freshsales and we have been using this software for 2 years now. We looked for alternatives, but we found that Freshsales meets all our needs. The functional extension of this software makes the sales, planning follow-up and auditing processes comfortable.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
We had trouble knowing which of our customers were willing to buy our products and services. Freshsales has been the answer to that, and has greatly increased our productivity, because we are better organized with its omnichannel communication system
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This sensitive CRM allows you to make calls and integrate emails. It allows adding and managing many customer accounts, as well as leads. This is done in an organized and properly distributed manner. It is excellent to be able to implement the advantages of classic interactions (emails, chats, phone calls) on the website
What do you dislike most about this product?
We dislike that the process of adding tasks to our list of leads is so slow, as well as the process of importing them, and also of contacts. We do not like that the collaborators of the tasks are so limited in terms of the editing actions that can be implemented in them
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very easy to use. I use it to collect leads from my website and it is very easy to manage. Create forms easily and implement them on your website to attract leads.
