What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?
It's an excellent resource for managing the company's IT assets and for providing timely, accurate support to employees and customers across the board. I like how straightforward it is and the convenience of use implied by its sound design and simple operations; it also features a very effective ticket manager, allowing us to track tickets in detail and correctly from start to finish.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In the age of information technology and the pursuit of better management in general, Freshservice has become a vital tool for my company. We are able to save a lot of time and money thanks to the streamlined process it facilitates for managing assets and incidents, which ultimately benefits the development and expansion of our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't much information available to help train new users, and the software's filtering features are minimal.

What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?
Freshservice allows us to create tasks that it is most be complicated which we can assign to any of the other agents and it would be nice to be able to create same multiple templates according for situations that require several standard sub-tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Freshservice provides a very nice mobile platform and applications to work, when we use the professional paid version to cover all the features that we need and we are no longer available in the free version. It has the ability to insert a solution or canned response with a click speeds our responses to our users. The Forward feature allows us to forward the request to the correct department because it has respond to the user and close the ticket making our service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the aspects in Freshservice that could be changed is the ability to copy information from a sheet because when my team uses this tool to register with certain programs so it could be a great function to have the ability to create the entire sheet with all the information and attachments in a new sheet and update the dates or a minimum of information. This ticketing management solution is most appreciative, but one of the things that are inherent with technical support is multi-part tasks related to a particular solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshservice is a great ticketing system because it allows us to interface with our users and their issues from within the platform. Freshservice allows our students to submit tickets through email from any valid email address. This is a huge help for part-time students that rarely use their institutional email. FreshService is also the great leading platform when it comes to customization because it allow us to do the closest to our initial vision or other products forced us to conform to their systems.
