I like the ability to have so many features all in one solution. This allows us to operate with minimal 3rd party vendors and helps minimise costs.

I love that its so reliable, I can count the times its had some issues with one hand. I like that its literally like using your cell phone but easier, with no complicated menus or buttons or complicated layout. I like that it comes with a quality manager out of the box, which eliminates the need for a separate quality management ...

Email handling and the opportunities in the out of box solution is very poor. Even with additional Apps, the service is very limited2.
