What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
We are using this service for official communications, and it's a straightforward to use service with a great user experience since it's basic to get and helps us solve a lot of commercial challenges.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Chat is a great platform for interaction; it integrates perfectly with the whole GSuite ecosystem, plus it's a really nice product for the cost as it may be used with integration of drives, Hangouts, and Gmail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is only minimal compatibility for 3rd-party integrations and bots. Web browser for past issues is ineffective. You can't search for just single person, and the room structure is a little complicated with all of the talks that have been started. The video conference may occasionally be choppy. Furthermore, there is word restriction while messaging, which is inconvenient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workplace users can use it for free. Integration with some other Google Workplace applications is tight. Easy and efficient, highly recommended.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
Chat is a superb forum for engagement; it interacts seamlessly about the entirety GSuite system, and it's a wonderful value given that it can be utilized with integrations of OneDrive, Hangouts, and Google mail.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We utilize this product for official interactions, and that is an easy-to-use service with a wonderful user experience because it's simple to obtain and enables us address a variety of business difficulties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is just a bare minimum of interoperability with third-party plugins and bots. Using an internet browser to look up previous difficulties is futile. You didn't access for a particular individual, as well as the room layout is a bit jumbled with all the conversations that have begun. The video call may be sluggish at times. Additionally, while chatting, there seems to be a word limit, which is too unpleasant.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is free to use in the business. Some additional Google Workspace products are tightly integrated. Simple and effective, strongly recommended.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?
Overall google chat shows a higher level of simplicity compared to its predecessor, hangouts, and at the same time the communication capability that the service offers is also more fluid. We love being able to work with google drive files in a shared way, given the ease with which the platform integrates with other services in the google suite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration with the google meet platform is excellent, allowing us to work even with meetings from google chat and then transfer the information in this to the video meetings that we usually carry out. In any case this is very useful, especially when we need to expose a topic through video calls that require a higher level of shared work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although its ability to integrate with drive is good, there are problems with the google drive bot system, since when using it to work with google chat, it does not announce when files are shared from drive to the rest of the team, which makes it difficult to keep everyone informed at the same time about updates at work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We highly recommend exploiting the ability of google chat to work in conjunction with other services provided by google, as this is the best way to not only unify all work operations into a single network, but also to make sure that information is kept backed up, and that management can be expanded.
