What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool has a high degree of intuitiveness allowing the creation of group video calls in a fast way, the access, the aggregation of members and even the blocking of these are also functions that facilitate the work of those who sponsor as administrators of such meetings; Google Chat is ideal to maintain continuous communication between the members of the work team and Staff because thanks to its multiplatform operation allows uninterrupted communication between different devices with different operating systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most relevant and even notorious aspect is the quality of the video and the details presented in it, in some wirelessly connected devices the stabilization of the video is done with a considerable delay due to variations in the bandwidth of the connection present, it would be an aspect to be improved by the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

limitation in terms of video calling features, although it has video calling, it does not have some advanced features such as automatic recording or HD quality. Another negative aspect could be its limitation in terms of integration with other non-Google tools, as some integrations are limited and not available for all third party tools.
