What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

Greater giving integrates a lot of payment methods that help us to collect money from different countries and in different currencies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They do take a shorter period of time to process transactions and payout and they do not collect a lot data hence respecting privacy and data processing acts

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support takes a lot of time to respond to questions. PayPal integration fails and it is hard to process payments using PayPal method

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Greater giving because it is transparent when it comes to processing payouts

An efficient tool for fundraising

What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

It has the SMS and Email marketing modules enabled within the software which we use to send fundraising campaigns to our supporters and donors at no extra cost

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is a lot of security on the funds where money cannot be withdrawn from the account with validating Identity either through OTP through SMS or Email and this gives us enough security for our funds

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any issue with the tool yet, However, I would like to see the pricing cost for the tool reduced to help smaller businesses use the solution to collect online fundraising

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool because it is easy to use and does not require a lot of technical knowledge

What differentiates Greater Giving from other similar products?

The tool is easy to use and does not cost a lot of money compared to other tools on the market. Also this tool has a professional looking user interface which is easy to navigate

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer support is great with this tool and also the tool has good pricing. I like the integration methods of this tool with payment processors, they do not require a lot of experience

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not realized any issue with this tool yet only that they take a lot of time to process payout from the fundraised money

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool because it is easy to use and does not cost more money to use
