How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Guestrev from other similar products?
For our resort Guestrev was the best solution to handle our complicated inventory set up, which includes different types of ownership levels of various units, a large number of room types, and a multi-property resort that operates under the same umbrella. Not only did we love the intuitiveness of the product, but the sales experience from the initial calls through on-site and online demos really set it apart from the competition. One other huge determining factor for us was the length and breadth of on-site training that was to be provided. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we were unable to have the on-site training for our initial configuration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to pull competitor rate data from a third party site into Guestrev and assigning percentages to those comp set hotels to assist in the calculation of recommended rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If need the arises to make overrides to multiple dates (in particular we were using the group block override feature to account for dates where we were capping occupancy and wanting Guestrev to take into account the reduced inventory for pricing), having to do this manually for each and every date rather than some type of date range capability was not ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wish the on-site configuration/training could have taken place for us. It was no fault of the team from Cendyn, but that was a frustrating part for us. I would highly recommend making sure you get the on-site training.
