The ease of going zero to distributed enterprise remote support with the ability to easily deploy the solution to other engineers amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The capability to create individual sessions for a user or a group session for a company
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this time I’m using the non-license version and the only draw back is the MacOS admin access though I know that’s an Apple security thing because teamviewer has the same restriction on their unpaid version

If you need free easy access to clients this is it.
