What differentiates them is the range and breadth of their services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Beside the ease of use, I don't have any favorite aspect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality of reports is not so great, the support to employer and candidate is inadequate, the turnaround of report can take long compared to other solutions I used.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Modernize the background check platform and provide insightful metrics/dashboards to track the progress of activities. Customer care is also an area to be improved.
