What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

This is the only system I have used like this but it was very easy to pick up on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There being shortcuts to the program and can be easily learned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It gets a bit slow sometimes and you have to click on may things twice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to use and not a lot of training is required even if someone doesn't have the best IT skills.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot is a CRM / ticketing service / marketing / sales program all rolled into one. It has the capability to mold to your business and what functions you're looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Knowledge Base is my favorite as it provides the opportunity to build out a customized library of procedures / protocols, and more. It can be fine tuned to your company and what you're looking for!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ticketing system could be better. It's not BAD, but there are some functions and features that are a bit clunky and confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the demos and trials to really dig into HubSpot's features to determine if you'll truly use it. There's a lot offered on the platform, so take you time seeing what works best for your company. Setting up demo calls with HubSpot is beneficial as well...they are experts in their field and can help you figure out what features would work best for you.
