The fluidity among multiple channels
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are several inconsistencies in the way data appears. As a ticketing service, this needs general user friendliness improvements. For example, some tickets are assigned to a contact that has nothing to do with a ticket, leaving the wrong person to be notified. This potentially creates a privacy issue, as people don't really want us sharing their issues across our industry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be patient with it if you are going to use it daily. Double check everything

It's very easy to teach a new employee to get familiar with HubSpot.

It does get a little buggy at times.

Once you familiarize yourself with the software (doesn't take long), it's very easy to customize HubSpot to fit your business needs.
