What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The ease of creating workflows and automated actions to customize and improve the user's experience and what we can deliver to the customers. I also think the UI is excellent

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of creating automated workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are many minor niggles e.g. tickets not reopening if a customer replies from a forwarded email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent product, however be prepared to mould your process to fit around the Hubspot ecosystem, and be prepared to shell out on licences, as trying to use a limited amount of licences can be prohibitive

Integrates with core CRM and other marketing tools, with a simple, easy to use back-end for management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the functionality and ability to have it as a login portal for private hub access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is too basic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any product, make sure you consider all your key requirements of what you need the Service Hub to do for you. And make sure you can see those requirements in action.
