What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?
To have service, marketing and sales in one tool is very useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very customisable and althought there is room for improvement to make some features easier to use and more intuitive, there is usually a workaround to get to the desired result. Customer service is always helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been working on integrating HubSpot with dashboard tools, and have been hitting roadblocks for some data types. Still some work to do when it comes to APIs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Depending on the level of expertise, investing in onboarding training can be very valuable to get the most out of the tool.
