The ability to have all my data in one place and the ability to my personalized dashboards.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The support from the support and product team, They're so friendly and willing to help us find solutions to our admittedly unusual usage of Hub spot at times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that the performance were better at times, as we do experience some delays with showing tickets or ticket views.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hubspot is a well established platform and is easy to use and brings great reporting tools or predefined surveys that you can use right away. This helps us understand how our customers feel and thus helps improve our services.
