Easy to find staff with previous experience with the application. A lot of development since G3 originally came on the market - but still using the backbone of the system
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use - integration and much faster configuration than in the past. Also decision output will be achieved faster than before
What do you dislike most about this product?
Report capabilities are not as extensive as in G2

The variety of functions and applications that I can take advantadge from. Also I like that it is constantly evolving.

Sometimes it is not as customizable as I wish.

To understand that the system works really good if you put solid information and if you know how yo monitor it.
