What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly has been helpful in helping us market to and manage our database of prospective students. Because using Insightly, we are now able to advertise to a larger pool of qualified individuals than ever before and to conduct our recruitment efforts more efficiently than ever. Thanks to Insightly, we've been able to network with current staff members to get in touch with prospective students and teachers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For companies with a more conventional approach to sales, Insightly can be an invaluable marketing tool. It was probably too polished for our needs in an industry that relies so heavily on personal interaction to have been designed for a college admissions office. Although our institution has over 50 workers, only 7 used Insightly because of its narrow focus on admissions and marketing. However, Insightly would be highly valuable in a larger organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Strategic scheduling of follow-up emails allows for the seamless integration of feedback from several sources. The ability to receive confirmation that an email has been sent, regardless of who actually sent it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since Insightly helped us to personalize messages and plan mailings without the participation of each staff member, we were able to spend less effort on outreach overall. Since the messages were tailored to each individual and distributed at irregular times, no one would suspect that they were pre-recorded.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
This institution setup environment may need some updates or search functions that do seem to work when we have to schedule our marketing management. It would also be nice to have an administrative function that shows in the system at any time. It has the great ability to use the knowledge base for technical and purchaser supply can be a great addition to the family also it can help with boarding and cross-training for new members of the team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Insightly has great interacting with a real CRM agent because it has great conceivable potential to motion our marketing route to consumer sales trading. This platform has gave disentangle way to track our common marketing and sales management. The after-sales of Insightly CRM management have been Inconceivable. Amplifying to this CRM software is that we are able to intersect our automatic CRM technology which completes our needs of CRM sales marketing. Insightly revealed in its recent post that it is more difficult to acquire a new customer than to retain existing ones.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Insightly CRM application is not enhance for data assignment. Even if we can use work to alter some data in bulk, it may take many clicks to update some data points. Its custom signification is reformed but it cannot allow us to update data using an import at the level of some systems. Occasionally this administration runs a bit slow when larger reports are achieved. It has the defective adaptable with other software associate to the larger CRM platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Insightly CRM makes our work accessible and it is smooth to streamline the process and it has also saved us money along this procedure. Insightly CRM is recognized as a wonderful cloud-based tool that enables to manage all client relationships for sales, selling and client service. This is very attentive and sympathetic to defend our needs. Insightly was able to guide us when we converted from another system and then customize different features to assemble our needs.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Leading CRM software Insightly has native connectors with MailChimp, Office 365, Gmail, and other well-known programs. Utilize Insightly to track sales pipeline, manage client data, leads, and initiatives at every step of client relationships, and assess performance relative to your company's sales and operational targets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With its user-friendly features and effective tools, Insightly CRM is a very dependable tool in and of itself that enables the user to take full advantage of every opportunity. Additionally, it is simple to link with other applications to increase overall productivity. It responds to consumers with lightning speed. The dashboard is a great feature. Visuals are excellent, and the ability to alter pipelines is quite beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The task of project management is rather straightforward. Insightly does not offer many of the visual views that the other CRM programs that I've evaluated have. This was a feature that I wished Insightly would include because I find it simpler to understand data when it is presented in a visual format.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I haven't encountered any significant concerns in our use of Insightly. We formerly utilized a bizarre CRM that needed us to continually switch between windows and was constructed up of sheets. We can have all of our data in one place, arranged nicely in custom fields, using Insightly. I believe that the project page may use extra fields where users can provide essential information.
