What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
For our company to better serve our clients and providing us advantages in the market, Insightly CRM offers a broad range of services. It has made it possible for us to successfully and dependably engage in our working connections with the clients. With the help of this program, I have also been handling project management chores.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To provide our clients with extra attention, we can easily sustain our sales cycles and continuing customer service. Compared to other tools of this type, the user interface is likewise very simple and straightforward to use. We were able to adapt this software to fit our requirements, which were somewhat distinct from those of the normal sales team. We are capable of excellent reporting and order tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After a search, the newly launched org or project tab rarely occupies more than half of my screen. I'm unable to figure out how to enlarge the page. The columns on the relevant and activities tabs don't remember the column width I previously saved for some reason. I have to resize it each time I use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our entire staff uses the mobile app, which allows us to instantly update information and send it to everyone at once. We track and arrange our work in many different areas using the project management application on a daily basis. Pipelines guarantee that we follow our defined processes to the letter.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Leading CRM program Insightly features native connections. At each and every step of our client relationships, we handle our customer data, prospects, and projects with Insightly. We also keep an eye on the sales pipeline and track our progress in relation to your company's sales and operational targets. It is a really dependable instrument that makes it simple to easily capture the entire process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With its user-friendly features and effective tools, Insightly CRM is a very dependable tool in and of itself that enables the user to take full advantage of every opportunity. Additionally, it is simple to link with other applications to increase overall productivity. It responds to consumers with lightning speed. All of the record-keeping is combined and presented in one straightforward platform by Insightly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Avoid using Chrome extensions because they are a bit of a clumsy addition that made the working process more difficult. The interaction of the other programs is flawless however the social media integration is deficient in several areas and remains to be a time waster for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our contacts lists have been completely replaced with Insightly. In comparison to using worksheets or any other solution we considered, it also organizes and records our teams' progress with projects, events, and programs far better. Now, we feel experienced. But the price almost makes up for the useful features.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly is how I keep track of all the initiatives we have in the works right now. The management of our company's 5,000+ open positions is a major challenge. Insightly makes it easy for us to keep track of all the moving parts, which would otherwise be difficult to do in a secure manner given the project's multi-stage nature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my experience using Insightly, I haven't run into any serious issues. We used to utilize a strange CRM that was built out of sheets and required us to constantly switch between windows. Using Insightly, we can have all of our data in one place, neatly organized in custom fields. In my opinion, the project page may benefit from more fields in which to provide pertinent data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In most cases, the newly opened Org or Project tab doesn't take up more than half of my screen following a search. I can't figure out how to make the page larger. For some reason, the columns on the Relate and Activity tabs don't remember my saved column width. Every time I use it, I have to resize it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As was previously said, Insightly is a fantastic customer relationship management system designed for use by businesses who wish to efficiently arrange their tasks. Two years ago, we made the switch to Insightly and now we can monitor the status of all of our projects, view their schedules, and generate fresh reports.
