What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Jiminny's vast range of features beyond just simply recording call transcripts is what makes this tool stand out from the crowd.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the visibility Jiminny gives our sales rep in terms of reviewing their own performance but also for new starters. New starters have a wealth of content to be able to analyse and aid them in hitting the ground running.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like anything Jiminny comes at a price, that would be my only issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you get the most out of Jiminny and dont settle by just utilising its recording functionality

I like that Jiminny records calls and provides insights, making it easier to review conversations and improve sales. It’s also helpful for keeping track of important discussions. The real-time transcription is a nice feature, though it’s not always 100% accurate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcriptions aren’t always accurate, which can be frustrating when trying to review calls. The interface also feels a bit crowded, and it takes some time to figure things out.

What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Integrates very well with Salesforce to pick up our current setup. Super friendly team with very useful tips and suggestions on how to use the tool and improve our current approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jiminny helps much in conference calls. Their transcription feature lets me stop taking notes during calls and focus completely on the conversation. This helps me listen better and find more important details .This is my favorite part
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes slow to upload videos.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jiminny is very user-friendly and does a fantastic job of capturing everything a we needs to remember from calls! The summary feature is super useful.
