What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Its auto dial and great call recording feature is awesome. I used it for improvement in my sales and maintain the record. Help me alot and save my money and time.

Its auto dial feature is my favorite one. It is amazing and time saving.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Almost everything is good and many things are fixed in updates but as far every software product has some problems so I think it's hang some time and calling quality become difficult and can't here anything properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve the calling quality and get the feedback of users that what they want more in jiminny.

Great alternative to using multiple sales tools

What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Jiminny was very easy to use and integrated with all our other software. it allowed us to have one tool for both calls and call recording with coaching insights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The coaching feature and how we could write notes in jiminny during a call and it would auto pull into our CRM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes call quality was lacking
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
try it out before brining on multiple tools to do what jiminny can in one.
