What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?

The combination of its powerful features, such as data-driven insights, automation, and user-friendly interface, helps us to manage the lifecycle of the hiring process. Its CRM feature, i.e. integrated candidate relationship management plays an important role in building talent pipelines. The combination of its intuitive interface, along with real-time collaboration and automation, enables us to streamline our work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From the starting process of recruitment to final hiring, it helps me a lot through this process and enables me to keep the process transparent. Its integrated CRM functionality is my favorite feature in it. This feature makes it unique among its traditional competitors. This feature helps me a lot to make policies for my organization for keeping in view not only the current trends of applicants but also draft the policies for future opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I would like to mention that dislike about this platform, as it meets all the current and future demands of my organization. Some minor errors usually come in a way to the hiring process but those issues are not as difficult and can't be dealt with. Through proper understanding or with the help of their customer services, we are able to overcome those errors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who is seeking a platform that keeps the whole recruitment process transparent and whose top priority is inclusion and diversity. you must give it a try. It helps you in keeping your recruitment process credible and recruitment strategies align according to the future scenarios.

Whether you're handling high volumes of applicants or collaborating across teams, Lever’s design makes the entire process smoother and more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is fast and responsive, allowing me instant access to dashboards and interview records. I can seamlessly track applications submitted through other platforms thanks to its integrations. Managing everything from a single interface has greatly improved our efficiency and response times to applicants. If any technical issues arise, their support team is quick to assist, ensuring minimal disruption and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The team at Lever is consistently enhancing their product, which shows their commitment to improvement. Previously, we experienced issues with the agenda and calendar features, forcing us to rely on external integrations—a hassle considering the platform’s price should cover fully functional native tools. Fortunately, they resolved that issue. However, the search bar's sensitivity still needs work, as it requires exact terms to deliver results, which can be limiting. While the reporting capabilities have improved, they remain somewhat basic and would benefit from including more detailed insights for comprehensive analysis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LeverTRM is highly recommended for managing large volumes of requests, conducting in-depth analysis, and intelligently qualifying prospects. It excels in the speed at which it handles these tasks, making it ideal for high-demand environments. However, it's important to note that this level of effectiveness comes at a premium, with the platform’s price reflecting its advanced capabilities and performance.

Helps easily organize career fairs, open houses, information sessions, and campus interviews. Analyses can be conducted to assess hiring performance, spot patterns, and gauge how successful different sources are at attracting candidates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

LeverTRM is a good tool for hiring people from a variety of sources, including internal recommendations, professional social networks, career websites, and candidate databases. Candidates who are not actively looking for work but might be interested in future opportunities can be found to build relationships with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To maintain and manage integrations with LeverTRM, more resources are needed, and the task is technically demanding.
