This one is cost effective and straight forward to use.

I like being able to see the status of applicants changing in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My limited visibility into applicant profiles (may be an admin setting though).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think that they should definitely try it out!
