LiveChat works perfectly with a very complete system of tickets and live chat. Also, all those powerful and essential features satisfied us very much.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1.The possibility to see what person is typing, prior to sending. 2.Omnichannel support for two languages it's really great. 3. Real-time support in their live chat is the best to support forever. 4.The ease of use makes it ideal for almost any business. 5.LiveChat allows you to share links, images, and videos. It can be integrated into your website easily 6.Really clean UI on both the front end and back end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

LiveChat is a fast, reliable, secure, and easy-to-use system. I do not have any issues with live chat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have had an excellent experience using LiveChat. It has a professional and responsive customer support and it also enables us to provide excellent support to our customers. My recommendation goes to this efficient tool. For all those reasons I love to recommend LiveChat to all.

With the many benefits of this tool and how easy it makes customer care services, I have no issues with the tool. At least I haven't noted any
