What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
By far this is the Best Software for BPO/KPO and Customer Service. B2B leads, Business Corporate Leads and Customers all types of leads are Created Nd Closed Smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead generation through Facebook, Instagram and Justdial. Marketing and Sales department have to Collaborate and work together on a single page while managing the entire leads cycle from prospects to Sales. In healthcare Industry after sales service of the product plays an important, with Microsoft dynamics CRM its is handled peacefully
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training needs to be provided for a new user, rest its an easy task once you are Familiar with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Doesnt Matter whether you are a medium or small enterprises, one must definitely give a try.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is pretty similar to other products. It doesn't have a lot of differentiators but is a little bit more difficult to learn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It works really well for collaborating with team members

It wasn't as quick and easy to implement and train staff on
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend taking full advantage of the software because it is pricey.
