What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Currently there are many platforms available in the market which consecutively help to control all types of environment with potential clients, however, the reason why I chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the fact that it offers me a much more open environment for In the sales sector, currently, in Dynamics 365 you can do all kinds of sales reports, you can manage and verify the sales that have occurred during the week and at the same time you can have an excellent CRM with all your customers. For me, CRM is very important, because the satisfaction of each potential customer is paramount, which is why I would not change Dynamics 365 for some other platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that I liked the most about Dynamics 365 is its great free trial, it is a free trial that despite the fact that at the beginning of the use of the platform, it seems that it was a simple free trial, it is not, it is a very complete which allows the user to enjoy privileged access to the platform, which can manage, modify and create new sales without having to pay absolutely anything. I love this free trial, it is quite comprehensive and helps new users to learn more about the entire platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A pretty strong criticism about Dynamics 365 is when it comes to generating reports automatically. This platform has two sections of reports, therefore, reports can be generated automatically but reports can also be created manually, however, the operation of the creation of reports and nautomatic is not really good, because in the In the vast majority of cases, the results are not totally accurate and this causes a bad analysis for each report.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynamics 365 is a platform that keeps the areas of the sales sector synchronized and achieves that sales can be manipulated at the same time that attention to potential customers is managed. Despite the errors it has to generate reports automatically, I consider that this is not a big problem, because you can still make reports manually and get good results. Dynamics 365 manages all types of sales very well, I hope to continue enjoying this great way of making sales.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Microsoft Dynamics is a multitasking application, one with so much capabilities such as supported sales, and the customer Relations management, information sharing, among others. Sure, using Microsoft Dynamics is quite a hustle, but I like the help and the training from the support team. And again, Microsoft Dynamics brings clients closer to the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing the customers relations is one of the perfect thing I see with Microsoft Dynamics. Furthermore, the ability to provide a clear way to increase sales, where there is automations and even advertising. Again, Microsoft Dynamics has a friendly interface which allows users to learn how to navigate it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My problem with Microsoft Dynamics is on price. In fact, oy a few companies or individuals who can comfortably afford to install this application, and my concern is the developer to lower down the costs. On training, something is being done, and we appreciate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have your sales doubled or even multiplied. Not because of anything else, but Microsoft Dynamics. The application is so diverse, that it helps the company to see things in a wonder perspective.
