Great product, but a bit pricey

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
I have used other CRM like Salesforce and Hubspot, where there were many missing feature and filters. For eg: Lead filters, account based filters and proposal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing Leads and Checking sales pipeline..
What do you dislike most about this product?
Features wise best CRM, however price wise very high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend MS Dynamics 365, for any SAAS based companies.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
Particularly in sales, it is essential to keep track of data and deadlines, to be able to communicate clearly with customers and to be able to provide information on what has been agreed upon at any time. It is reassuring that the tool makes it easy to work and get things done, and I am particularly impressed with the intuitive views of MS Dynamics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It connects multiple components, from email contacts to invoicing. But I consider the best-implemented feature to be the ability to work productively in a team. It can be synchronized on all devices. In addition, a mobile version can also be used on mobile phones and tablets via the Google Store, which is especially helpful for sales. I particularly like the link to MS Outlook. So, customer communication is by phone, site visit, email or courier. We now have all the information in one place, and support with quotes, replacements and much more has become much easier with the move to MS Dynamics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The problem with setting up your interfaces is that it takes time and effort. Also, it isn't easy to do without tutorials for someone who has never used this type of product before.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The ability to work on PCs, laptops and tablets and to gather information to facilitate the development of activities inherent to sales management are the main advantages offered by Dynamics. There are other applications in the Dynamics family, but at the moment, I have only worked with the software in sales. But sales analysis could be much easier if everything was properly integrated with other applications. Document exchange between the company and the customer often takes place in individual mailboxes and only occasionally in the main Sharepoint folder.
