What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
This is the great product I have come across for the CRM management and it has proved its worth in the market. Very well designed and established product. I can easily recommend to use this product without looking back. Always can Trust Microsoft.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. Mainly the cloud integration and able to use Microsoft resource is a Huge plus. 2. Job scheduling and sequencing is so smooth. 3. Outstanding customer support. 4. A lot of Seamless Automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. Main drawback is we cant work on mobiles while using this product. This has to be taken care. 2. Smooth process of secondary modules installation can be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say you can blindly trust Microsoft and go for the product.
