I think this software is great for small business cause it helps maintain organization with clients and potential leads. So far I'm loving how easy it is to use and it's great for training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the easy access to reports when needed. Very easy to read and understand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My company was debating if to get this product because of the price, we tried reaching out as a nonprofit but didn't receive any answers back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say try a free trial first and make sure this software has the feature your company is looking for.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional from other similar products?
Its robust can be customized and integrated with other applications easily to enhance the features for the end user. The Security Roles further boost the users with the capabilities to keep their data safe.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dynamics 365 Sales has many tools which help to stay organized. My favorite feature is plug-in, Plugin helps to reduce a lot of work thus saving time. Also the charts which portrays the data in a meaningful way is also a good a feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such which i dislike at the moment, apart from the pricing of the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If u are in business and want to streamline your work increase revenues then surely you should opt for it.
