What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Among its advantages is the integration with contact center providers such as Collab OneAgent, which avoids the exchange between platforms and speeds up the work. Users can easily pull up lists using the advanced search and the different views offered. Dynamics 365 is continuously updated, the system shows improvements. Simplifies the process of organizing and consolidating a customer list, instantly deducing the major sources of revenue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the overview and the project portfolio perspective feature. Taking won or lost opportunities with Dynamics 356 is easier, as is keeping track of conversations with potential customers through Outlook thanks to the link with this tool. We can make sure that every contact receives the news report thanks to the distribution list in the CRM. On top of all this, it's an accountability boost for sales with potential closes and deals. Account management is a resource that keeps us up to date, helping us with accurate planning and financial order for the improvement of successful sales processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When some users require privileges and security roles the configuration takes a long time. But I feel it is worth it after all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it to increase the possibilities and exploit the full sales potential, and if you are currently within the Microsoft ecosystem and use it's tools to work, this will be completely worth it.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) is an excellent software for customer management, it is customizable, adaptable and quite user friendly, and also offers many resources for the user, provides all the essential tools for advanced business development through intelligent marketing, integrates very well with other MS products, automates the process of managing leads centrally and also favors their acquisition, facilitates the increase of sales and productivity of companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Effective for greater acquisition of potential customers. - Facilitates better business decisions. - Allows the automation of reminders and appointments in addition to others. - Allows you to promote new sales techniques and simplify your sales process. - Supports GUI customization. - Includes excel templates already integrated.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application presents many inconveniences when used, I think it requires many improvements that allow the user experience to be more adequate and enjoyable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) is an excellent product that will allow you to use new marketing strategies that will increase the acquisition of many more customers and more sales closure, all in an organized, structured and effective way, that's why you should use it.

New updated UI with the dashboard that focuses on whats matters to the sales team, priority prospects, and strong integration with other Microsoft's product LinkedIn Sales navigator.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Strong Microsoft product integration and mobile app for the on-the-go update. Customized Ui is one of the favourite features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Costing can be one of the things that companies don't like if they are operating with a large sales team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is one of the most stable CRM systems in the market that can operate with the large databases.
