One of the advantages of Microsoft Sharepoint is flexibility and its great performance which cannot be compared with any other application. It has a lot of good features that are very easy to use and the interface is very intuitive making it one the best solution present in the industry for document management. It has a simple integration with other third-party applications which makes it super easy for our employees to access shared information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that Microsoft Sharepoint is a native Microsoft application which allows the creation of various automatisms thus making work more easier and reducing the effort required in some activities. I like how it provides first class ability to store documents of many types in a very easy to manage site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I find it a little bit challenging to extract data from some formats because Microsoft Sharepoint can't handle them.

With the help of Microsoft Sharepoint, i like the fact that i can create my own site and I can decide the access since I'm the admin for my site. I like the fact that I can create number of list according to my use. I like how it also makes it easy for me to share files with other colleagues and since it's a cloud-based application i can access files from anywhere i go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Microsoft Sharepoint, file sharing is completely made very easy and fast. It has so many superb features but the one i like most is how it allows a real-time quick collaboration with my colleagues also Microsoft Sharepoint integrates seamlessly with other applications thus making it super amazing tool for collaboration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to moan about Microsoft Sharepoint since it has always been the best.

Microsoft Sharepoint is a one stop solution for data management and i recommend it.

It's comfortable to use along with the other applications offered by the Microsoft suite of programs.

I appreciate the revision control that Sharepoint can offer and the ownership capabilities that help maintain accountability.

The design is simple and can be more basic than trendier platforms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would encourage someone to watch some videos on how to organize before building. It's better to go in with a game plan of how the folders can be organized than to redo the work several weeks later.
