For reporting and learning more about channel partners, I like Mindmatrix. You can routinely receive notifications about potential customers' online behavior through various channels, including landing pages, websites, and social media. A database of guided sales processes with guides and asset suggestions can be created and maintained.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The stuff that is produced and made accessible to us for usage is relatively repetitious and has a fairly constrained scope.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For training, onboarding, and guided selling, I advise using Mindmatrix. It has all the components of onboarding and sales training in one location. Sales automation can help merchants move products, quickly.
