Reports sometimes have issues and need to raise tickets.

Cut cost for event tracking and analysis. Easy to integrate but some features is an add ons with separate package fee.

What differentiates MoEngage from other similar products?
The pricing and customer support is what makes MoEngage different from other similar vendors. The support team ready to help you with any specific specification you want on the tool or you are not able to understand any process. The pricing of their product is according to your business needs so need not worry about over paying.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is that I was able to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns like SMS, Voice Calls, Emails, Push Notifications & WhatsApp at a single place. Cherry on the cake was that I was able to make automated campaigns according to my app events which made my life very easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe they can add more vendors for WhatsApp and Voice Calling as there are very less options available to us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product has wide range of capabilities which will help you understand your complex flow of your customers on your platforms. This tool will give new life to your marketing team for growth and explore new ways to convert users into customers.
