I like the ease of use of the software to automate repetitive tasks and the notification tab is accurate to provide real-time notifications when there is an update

Integrating the solution with Zoom is time consuming and complex

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The main difference as a working professional I feel is that this tool helps me provide project control and transparency among all the people involved in the particular project. One of the best task and workflow management tool where we can keep an eye on all the upcoming tasks and their progress along with it's deadlines. It also help senior manager keep tabs on the performance of the all the people in the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The drag-and-drop interface is amazing while creating or assigning a task. Also the color-coded boards along with amazing great timeline visualization help us with a clear path on the project we are working on, which helps u to be focused and organized as a organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing which annoys me always is the customer support, of which the service could be improved. More learning material could be added in the tool for better learning for the first time user to get the best out of the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would just say "GO FOR IT". If you want to organize all your employees work and get the best out of them which will in turn help you deliver the best result to the customer and that too on time then this is a must tool.
