Monday is visually appealing compared to other alternatives and our team loves it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
After a month of using Monday.com, we held a review meeting. We found that we were completing projects faster, with less stress, and with better inter-team communication. Our productivity had increased, and the team was overall happier and more engaged.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The function to be reminded of the importance of is very useful, and the adequate support makes for intuitive operation possible without explanation. The platform’s structure has a high degree of freedom in design, which means it can be easily created and changed without specialized knowledge. Almost all views, such as Kanban, calendar, and list view, are covered, making it easy to move around the site. In addition to integrating with primary services by default, it is also highly extensible, which means it is possible to integrate with many services using Make and Zapier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When I initially managed tasks with Google Calendar/Reminders, I struggled with the number of functions and the various granularities. But when I discovered Monday.com, I found that its intuitive operability made it possible to introduce the tool quickly without any explanation. The management screen has several methods of expression (Kanban, table, Gantt chart, time series, etc.), which is the most suitable for the type of task (e.g., Kanban with a high list of detailed studies, Gantt chart for projects with extended deadlines, etc.). it is possible to specify various actions, customize the email text, and more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For instance, the mobile app can be cumbersome, and app behavior can be slow when you want to check a task while moving quickly. The UI/UX is still underdeveloped when creating a new job.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has centralized task management within the team, making it easy to record tasks on a PC and access them from multiple views. Because it offers such a high degree of collaboration, creating a mechanism that automatically issues functions according to the client's health is possible by connecting to CRM. The high degree of freedom and ease of operation, combined with the visibility of the user interface, make visualizing task management much more accessible. As a result, the quality of teamwork among members has improved dramatically in remote work environments.
