What differentiates NetWave Retail Management System from other similar products?
The tool permits us to manage all card payments and it’s currently attainable for us to process payments quickly. The reports are scaled by day and we can establish a decent connection with our accounting department. The tool is incredibly user-friendly and therefore the handling is easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
NetWave makes it extraordinarily straightforward to check customers out. It is so fast and quick to scan an item and then have a customer pay. You’ll be able to also easily see the sales from the day, month, or past few months extremely easily. NetWave does provide some nice features. I favor however it searches for customer and item records along with the open API. Think the ability to run on an iPad or tablet is good as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sales order is disjointed from point of sale (permissions and needs don’t translate over). Security is or nothing approach. There is no way to organize reports nor to organize custom fields.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like the practicality of the back end which includes inventory and purchasing. I appreciate the reportage power, but I do would like some things might be improved. The transfer function is nice overall.
