What differentiates Newforma Project Center from other similar products?
Our various categories make it simple to log RFIs and submittals. the many connectors that are part of our business plan. One advantage is that Newforma allows us to use a variety of connectors and devices. Time for submission and RFI evaluation. Punch list effectiveness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate how it organizes information in case we need to follow up on a project through emails. I can train someone in a matter of minutes. I also appreciate the help you get when you're stuck on a problem. Maintain a current set of drawings at all times and exercise document control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would prefer a stronger correlation between the Change Orders, Change Order Requests, and Change Proposals. loading times. number of steps required to finish a task.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is particularly useful when the owner is asking for a document from an earlier project or when a team member is unavailable or has left the organization. Our interactions with our clients are becoming more efficient. how simple it is to utilize the updated program.

What differentiates Newforma Project Center from other similar products?
Newforma is a database that records all elements of an architecture project. You can send crucial emails to your internal team so that everyone is up to date on the project. File transfers support big data transfers (up to 10 GB) and include change logs that show who and when files were downloaded. Construction administration tools such as RFIs, Submittals, and on-site duties such as punch lists are also useful. The search feature is excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Project information management at its finest. Newforma gives us unmatched access to information while enabling us to manage our projects from opportunity to completion, from building administration to archive. By using Newforma, we are able to meet our customers’ needs while maintaining the highest level of service and security. Our file transfer software, building administration software, email management software, and more are all part of Newforma Project Center.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have an on-premises network, but some of the most recent functionality is only accessible in the cloud via Office 365. Aside from that, we are still happy with and rely on the functionality we have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Newforma project center fills several important gaps in a typical engineering firm’s information systems. Newforma Project Center is a one-stop source for aggregating and easily searching project data, from its ability to enable easy transfer of large document.
