RPA software has allowed large companies worldwide to streamline their business processes without replacing human capital. It seeks to: increase or decrease the volume of a company's operations in an efficient and quality way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This evolution allows our businesses to gain popularity because it can reduce costs, streamline information processing and promote better customer experiences. In other words, companies that use RPA are those companies where their tasks or activities are more repetitive since they use them to extract data, provide better service, ensure that business standards are met, accelerate the processing time of information and digitization the same and thus, in turn, allow greater productivity and efficiency in our employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This process automation has limited resilience, as it will depend on the adequacy of the developers to make changes in its structure.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Seeing the Automation of Robotic Processes within businesses is the futuristic vision that all companies have been envisioning for some time now. Large corporations in insurance, finance, telecommunications, etc., are seeing within their businesses how humans and robots are integrating to have a domain and manipulation of information in a more efficient, secure, confidential, reliable, etc.

What differentiates NICE Robotic Process Automation from other similar products?
Screen elements is one of the unique feature when compared to other automations which can be used for reusability in multiple projects. User can schedule the bots to run as per the requirement, presence of control room makes automation life easy. Desktop and web applications can be automated easily and the functionality is quite stable with time .Integration is very easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Web and desktop automation is favorite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far as I am still learning the features of the product.
