What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

NinjaOne is known for its simple and user friendly interface, which makes it available and provides a suite of features aimed at managing and monitoring IT systems and networks remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

NinjaOne features an active user base and extensive support resources, such as tutorials, and documentation where We can reach out to community for advice, troubleshooting hints, and best practices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Basically RMM tools have special access to IT systems and networks sometimes which might become targets for cyber attacks as it is remotely controlled and managed through internet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ninja one is the best RMM and patch management tool which helps for quick deployment, patch status and you can remotely control any device with any OS . Its centralized dashboard helps to view every category which helps to work easily and quickly.

As a small shop, this gives us everything we need without having extra “bells and whistles” and at a great price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Constant monitoring of devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I dislike. I am just waiting for them to implement their software repository.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a try, especially if you are a small or medium sized business.
