What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
A huge difference was the inclusion of Teamviewer or Splashtop abilities, which reduced our spend on remote access costs to the point that it paid for itself- and that's before considering the inventory management and patching.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Remote access for support and for my users to access their desktops from home.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When Teamviewer changed heir licensing methods it sometimes is challenging to be able to connect easily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it everyday to keep an eye on unis that need patching or maybe running unsanctioned software.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
In my experience, NinjaRMM simplifies Remote Management and Maintenance quite a bit, when compared to other products/services from other Vendors. For those in need of a core set of features without all the fluff and countless unneeded features, NinjaRMM provides exactly that. It's a reasonably priced product which provides exactly what an organization of my size needs, and comes with a support staff second to none.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a one-man IT Team, I find NinjaRMM to provide many benefits. I'm able to keep an eye on every facet of my IT operation and ensure all systems are performing optimally which allows me to focus on other, more important issues. The ability to schedule the execution of custom scripts and create policies to handle mundane tasks is huge for me and allows me to focus my efforts on-site, where and when I am needed most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this time the only complaint I have is with regard to the lack of ability to manually deploy the Splashtop agent, and Bitdefender. Both are installed using an automated deployment process which works wonderfully, but does not allow for individual system installations using a manual process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a shot. The trial is free and the staff at NinjaRMM is available to assist and answer questions every step of the journey. You won't be sorry! I guarantee it!

"The best RMM at an unbelievable price".

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
There are several applications for this product. I'm genuinely astounded. I've tried various 'RMM' and have a lot of Group Policies! But this is incredible. Everything is in working order. It's simple, quick, and effective. I was hoped the rumours that one engineer could control hundreds of PCs were true - and they were! In addition, I submitted a feature request, and AJ - the VP of Product Development - responded within hours, stating that the functionality currently existed and demonstrating how to utilise it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ninja RMM has been installed in my environment for several months and has yet to disappoint me. We wanted a device that could patch endpoints that only connect to our network once in a while, and this was the perfect fit. It's simple to use and doesn't have any superfluous features. The remote connection to PowerShell or the command line is one of my favourite features. Their customer service is great, and new features are added on a regular basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing bad to say about it; it's absolutely fantastic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When looking for a suitable RMM, find the correct fit. Among all the games I tested, Ninja was by far the best. I needed something that was simple to use. Ninja has a lot of promise in the future, and I'm hoping that the changes I anticipate to see will validate my decision to stick with it.
