The easiest benefit of Nintex is that it is simple to use. They are simpler to use than most of its competitors while still having versatility and functionality to match.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Process mapping activities are simple using Nintex Promapp, which provides three views of a process. The information is entered using text, and it is recorded in both text and visual form, whereas the other system just supports visuals. This is one of the best tools for mapping processes, and the system's extra capabilities enable firms to enter process timings and cost analyses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a workflow fails, communication is poor. It won't, for instance, inform the submitter. Their own platform has a few implementation omissions. Workflows in Promapp cannot start processes in Workflow Cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prior to the modification being prioritized, the form must have all necessary information as well as any pertinent supporting data artifacts. The building of workflows is not just the domain of the IT department thanks to the low- and no-code interface. Simple workflows are simple to make. Production and creation of forms has become easier. Even current PDF forms can be imported, and it will create an electronic copy for you.

What differentiates Nintex Process Platform from other similar products?

It's been great. We began with prompt, grew into NWC, assessed RPA for potential future use cases, and subscribed to Drawloop for Salesforce to develop our services there. We have already eliminated several outdated Lotus Notes operations and seamlessly connected with Salesforce. Simple form-based workflows are easy to implement, and the support staff is excellent at helping you out if you have any issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are no other process automation products like the Nintex package. They have started to significantly broaden their toolkit by providing tools to manage other things like process mapping, RPA, and mobile. They are also a low-code, simple-to-use solution for developing processes in settings like Salesforce or SharePoint. The list keeps on. Nintex can perform any task. Nintex has provided us with the ability to increase our income.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a possibility that it may take more than 30 seconds to load a form. There are also a lot of annoying problems with the designer, such as the inability to check or even change the settings on references. This business is incredibly disorganized and has a high employee turnover rate. They gave me a false quote and laid the responsibility on a worker no longer employed by the business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The wide range of work process options encourages far less customization in SharePoint. Any day-to-day business function will be available right out of the box in Nintex. We have put a lot of time, money, and effort into customizing the SharePoint application. I wish we had known about this product sooner so we could have avoided the customizing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To automate our manual processes in SharePoint Online utilizing documents or list items, I like to use Nintex. We use forms to communicate internally and externally, automate our manual work processes, and connect workflows between systems. To obtain information to use, and interpret important facts obtain them in a clear and understandable way. We can identify bottlenecks within the workflows in order to make long-lasting changes to the commercial operations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nintex Process Platform troubleshooting workflows can be nerve-wracking. The system only provides fictitious error logs.

I recommend Nintex Process Platform as it gives you useful insights into the business processes happening within your company. You can monitor the situation and assess the flow of your work, the collection of billable and non-billable processes, commitment and business impact.
