The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What I like is that I don't have to use other software for sales, purchases, contacts, projects, CRM & ERP etc. Another benefit for me is the ability to attach documents to each transaction for tax (VAT) purposes at the end of the fiscal year.

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?
There is currently no other opensource ERP on the market that has the ubiquity of modules that Odoo offers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is flexible and can be extended in every aspect to suit all kinds of business contexts and processes. The number of modules available means that it provides a basis for almost any type of business process, which can then be integrated and extended without the company having to spend large sums of money (which would be the case with other more prestigious ERPs).
What do you dislike most about this product?
The company (Odoo SA) releases a version every year, and developers implementing the system in a company find themselves chasing these releases almost every year. Odoo's customisation is unequivocally an added value, but in this case to keep up with the annual releases requires migrations (of data and code) that can also be long and costly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rely on developers who have experience with Odoo and who genuinely serve the interests of your company. Do a good analysis of your business processes, and see if you necessarily need the Enterprise version, bearing in mind that the Community version (100% free) may already have what you need.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Effective Service
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
Cons
- Vendor's Interest First
- Less Friendly Negotiation
