It's customisable workflow, which allows us to tailor the onboarding experience and fostering a positive start with the organisation

It's drawback it's extensive customisation options can sometimes create confusions. this may required extra time to learn the platform and utilizes all its features

It's customisation experience is amazing but first spend time to familiarise yourself with the platform especially workflow automation and integration options to maximize efficiency

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Having easy access to historical documents and meeting minutes allows this in turn to foster informed making of decisions and continuity in the board discussions. Further, the platform's constantly updating collaboration functions, for example, annotation and commenting functions, enable team members to collaborate effortlessly irrespective of their geographical locations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows board members to seamlessly access and review board materials on their desired devices and work flexibly. On top of that, the platform's automated meeting minute generation helps reduce administrative work for board administrators to be able to devote resources to more strategic efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
OnBoard is certainly strong, but there are opportunities for improvement in some places. For example, the occasional synchronization problem with the offline access feature needs to be looked into so as not to be interrupted from critical information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accepting this innovative solution, boards can maintain transparency, improve turnaround time, and make sound decisions, all fueled by the success of the current business landscape.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
While some features are similar, OnBoard's customer service really makes the difference. We've had a few occasions where we had to get a hold of someone the day of the meeting and the response time was great. Having some Board members who aren't technically savvy makes it difficult but they've worked wonders with our Board.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simplicity of setting up a meeting and delivering materials. Easy, single location for recordkeeping.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely give it a shot. The relatively low price point and high number of features really made this a no-brainer. Couldn't imagine going back to the way we used to do it.
