I appreciate that Optimove has given us access to data about our consumers that we had never had before. It performs a terrific job, in my opinion, of enabling detailed analysis of each customer's activity. This tool's dashboards with sufficient KPIs for real-time performance and tracking are another feature I enjoy. By using effective marketing techniques, it lowers the time to market for products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the tool initially requires some getting used to, it is often fairly simple to use. Every campaign that makes use of that template needs to be manually updated if we need to make significant updates, such as updating the license number in the footer. Due to the fact that certain of their system's capabilities are not geared toward gaming, they do not fully fit my industry.
