The email automation responses function makes the whole thing less time-consuming because we don't have to spend so much time replying to everyone, and it also allows us to monitor how our clients use our website. Its digital marketing tool, campaign management process, and execution style is sufficient to obtain a sense of its capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Every intricate journey we had to take needed some ongoing development, thus it was challenging to accomplish something as seamless as possible. Instead, we had to ask for assistance from someone with more technical understanding. If Oracle invests in a better UI/UX for the system, which is its biggest drawback, they might enhance the system an additional benefit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Oracle Marketing Cloud is a full-featured platform that enables us to maintain our website without restrictions, collect lines of inquiry, segment based on company characteristics, and send emails to increase demand. We can prepare and promote our campaigns with its assistance, and we can carry out our brand management plans. With it, we can configure even complex processes, and its integrating API capabilities are unquestionably incredible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main drawback of Oracle Marketing Cloud is how difficult it is to grasp for non-IT professionals. Since we were using something else prior to using Oracle Marketing Cloud, it required me a considerable amount of time to thoroughly train my employees on them.
