What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
User friendly when it comes to reports. You always get a person on the phone when you need them, you arent sent through some endless phone tree just to leave a message and not get called back for 24 to 48 hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite is the Employee Self Service for our employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I can think of

You will be walked through the whole process and not left to just figure it out.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom is an extensive payroll. It streamlines all the steps involved in payroll such calculation of taxes, deductions, and deposits. It assists the employees in monitoring their payroll data. This reduces our burden on the organization. It is complete software in every way. Its “Employee Self-service” model differentiates itself from its competitors in the market. It empowers the employee to manage their data which includes tax filings, time tracking, and enrollment directly into the system by enhancing its accuracy. Furthermore, it prioritizes automation and compliance to keep the business up-to-date and minimize the risks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Again its Employee Self-Service feature which makes it different from others is my favorite one. This feature increases the efficiency of the work making the process of payroll more transparent and smooth. To give the power to employees to look after their payroll process, not only reduces the burden of businesses but also increases efficiency. It is a unique approach that generates a more user-friendly payroll management experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It gives a complete roadmap to its users about its usage. However, sometimes, it becomes difficult to deal with small enterprises. Someone, having less knowledge about its functionality sometimes comes across hurdles. So, training is a prerequisite to sorting out such issues and experiencing good results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Paycom is the ideal choice for all businesses, mid-sized to large. Businesses that demand an all-in-one solution for payroll should go for it without any second thought. Especially, if you want to streamline the management of employees through self-service. It provides comprehensive strategies for employees to monitor the payroll process. However, initial training must be given for smoothness.
