What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
It has the Track Events that allows you to record any actions your users perform within your own website or in application and the template can be customized easily to meet our requirements while saving time
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to create a road map and timeline for the client's journey and the tool comes at a good cost compared to other tools on the market for customer engagement adaptions, you can as well create NPS with templates and share within the application by using the HTML CODE or sending the NPS link through the email to clients to collect their feedback easily, questions can be configured, updated making it easy to delete unnecessary questions from the survey form
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be good if it was possible to upload our own NPS templates as this would save a lot of time that we spend creating NPS survey of different categories of users, and pricing of this tool is hidden making it hard to determine what would be the pricing after the trial period
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a 30 day free trial with this tool which you can use to test the software but making a purchase decision.. However, I would recommend this tool because it is easy and can be configured more easily
