What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
I am fixing issues linked to our overall user experience; NPS input has been used to improve and adjust the intricacies of our software platform. The flexibility to add to the user interface without requiring development resources allows us to identify and handle any usability concerns much sooner. Because they can connect directly with users, they have access to relevant information wherever and whenever they operate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I discover information regarding Net Promoter Score data, such as the comprehensive report on the user and the amount of time spent by everyone who supplies feedback via the survey. Analytics assist us in determining which features clients utilize. They were invaluable in assisting us in planning our new UI rollout, as we were able to prioritize what would be released and when, as well as track the effect of the change.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the UI was a little speedier when authoring guides. For example, instead of being able to modify simply the text, you must still launch the whole designer to amend a minor error. There is limited split post/app/bulk edit functionality if you're launching numerous comparable instructions (for example, a succession of tooltips or banners). When working on numerous tabs at once, you may occasionally lose the changes you've saved in one tab, finally a spell checker would be fantastic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pendo is ideal if you've ever wondered about the usage or comments supplied by your client base at a comprehensive level.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
We utilize Pendo to aid with customer onboarding and change management by providing guidance and insights from analytics tools, which allow us to ensure that our users are taking advantage of our advancements. Feedback tools are also useful for gathering consumer feedback and informing important users about planned events. We also use Pendo to guide new platform registrations through the correct setup stages and have observed benefits such as greater user acceptance of new features and product promotion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo provides an all-in-one 'product choices' platform that allows us to gather customer feedback, align on priorities, and guide our users to utilize and engage with those features while tracking your usage. Pendo analyzes user characteristics and assists you in displaying the appropriate message at the appropriate moment. We utilize this program in conjunction with Salesforce, which is a simple interface to set up and operate. Pendo Net Promoter Score (NPS) solution is crucial, allowing us to instantly communicate with our consumers based on their comments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One area for development would be the ability to target numerous segments with the same pendo at the same time, rather than having to create a completely new unique segment. It would be wonderful if the polls were more flexible. Allowing additional buttons would allow for greater branching of feedback answers, allowing for better targeting of users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pendo is an excellent all-in-one solution for creating better goods. There are a few alternatives for in-app targeting tools, but Pendo stands out where others fall short. Your assistance is good and timely.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Understand how to use the product's many pages and functions. Identifying pain spots Gather consumer feedback. Allow teams to distribute tutorials and guides without spending hours developing them. We are working throughout the product team to address the problem of access/visibility of usage on our site, as well as lowering the barrier to accessing data to make it easier for users who are less data smart. Guides also assist us in enabling users and demonstrating new features to them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo is simple to install and configure; installation and setup are handled by a simple script. The graphic designer for labeling and producing guidelines simplifies the process for product employees of all levels. I like how simple it is to identify stuff and set objectives based on those tags. I also enjoy how simple it is to create guidelines to assist reach those goals and promote awareness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Obtaining Pendo data is more difficult than it should be. There are certain pre-configured dashboard components, changeable views, and so on. However, for further in-depth research, you must utilize Pendo aggregation API, which is quite difficult to understand. We've been experiencing difficulty harmonizing Pendo and Tableau reports. When they are different, it is not always evident why; it would be helpful to have a simpler method to connect the two.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Determine if your teams have the essential abilities to access data via the Pendo API. Spend some time learning about and exploring with the various features. Having an internal power user has also helped us a lot. Participate in Pendo webinars.
